Our standard office hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
The Trade Counter also operates these hours.

Our Operations staff regularly work outside of hours. If you realise that you urgently need to order additional equipment or sales items for an existing production or to add to a delivery that has already been arranged, you can contact them:
Our first West End deliveries leave our Wimbledon base between 7am and 8am each weekday. By leaving a message either late at night or first thing in the morning, it will often be possible to get the extras you require onto this first run and, in many cases, delivered by 9am in central London.
