If you require regular service and maintenance of the theatrical or event lighting and AV system at your school, theatre or venue – we recommend a White Light service plan. As a guide we offer three levels of service, but each plan is tailored to suit your needs and will be priced according to your number and type of equipment, how often maintenance is required and added benefits like emergency callout service and loan equipment cover. We perform repairs for products that have been purchased through White Light and are still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty repairs will first need go through our Sales department in order to confirm purchase date and warranty status. If your item is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we can offer one-off product repairs. Contact our Service Team
