Sandra Tyler

Head of HR

Sandra joined the HR team at WL in 2016 and managed a fast period of growth in staff numbers from 180 to over 240. Sandra heads the HR team, whose aim is to recruit, train, develop, reward and support WL’s biggest asset – our staff.

Sandra’s career began at Marks and Spencer on their management trainee scheme; working across several areas and stores for 21 years; first as a Commercial Manager and then as HR Manager. Sandra then moved from the corporate world to the not-for-profit sector and developed new skills working for 14 years as HR Manager at Fairfield Halls, Croydon.

Sandra networks with other creative employers to advise and encourage young people on career paths into the industry and was on the Trailblazer Employers group for the new Creative Venue Technician Apprentice framework.
