Our team are used to training and supporting apprentices, and we have a mixture of men and woman in nearly all our departments, including the warehouse which is commonly perceived as a male-orientated environment.
We have strong networks with other venues and companies, such as the Royal Opera House, The Vaults, The National Theatre and The Royal Albert Hall to name but a few. This allows us to build networks for our apprentices, both social and work-related.
If you are considering an apprenticeship rather than going to university then there are several advantages. You earn while you work and learn, and you will also have no student loans to pay back. You could also be earning more than your counterparts, as you move into permanent roles, by the time they leave university.
