Deen City Farm Charity

Deen City Farm is an urban farm with an educational focus in the heart of the London Borough of Merton. They teach the local community about the rural environment and where their food comes from. National Skills Annual Conference

Education and skills based training provide the platform for a strong creative industry. This is one reason behind White Light’s sponsorship of the National Skills Academy Annual conference, where key decision makers from across the creative and cultural sectors come together to discuss the challenges that our industry faces – and possible solutions. The Stage Awards

The Stage Awards reflect the industry’s best performing theatres and theatremakers. Taking place on an annual basis, the Awards celebrate the various roles within theatre, such as producers, actors, venues and educational teams. WL sponsors the Unsung Hero Award. The Theatre Guild

The Theatrical Guild is a national charity supporting those that work in theatres. Established in 1891 by the actress Kittie Carson and previously known as The Theatrical Ladies Guild, they are dedicated to looking after theatre staff throughout the UK in times of need. Helping in a variety of ways including offering educational sponsorship, one-off grants as well as access to counselling and welfare advice. My Theatre Matters!

My Theatre Matters! is a campaign organised by Equity, The Stage & TMA, to shout about how important your theatre is in your life and communities. When our Councillors are taking tough decisions about how to spend our taxes, they need to know how much we value our local theatre’s work and role in the community. My Theatre Matters! will be gathering stories and building a collective voice to influence decision makers.
