At the heart of White Light is the customer orientated and dynamic staff that work for us. We have a team of over 200 working throughout our offices, warehouse space in Wimbledon and across the venues we support, making quick work of the many hire contracts, sales orders, events, and installation projects that go through our doors every week.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process will be conducted in such a way as to result in the selection of the most suitable person for the job in terms of relevant experience, abilities and qualifications.
Advertisements will encourage applications from all suitably qualified and experienced people. When advertising job vacancies, in order to attract applications from all sections of the community and so as not to exclude applications from those with protected characteristics.
