Andy Cullen

Being at the company for 27 years, Andy has spent all of his working life at White Light. He joined the company a week after his 16th birthday, working with the cables in the warehouse in Fulham. 18 months later, he joined the Bench team where he worked for 7 years, being the Head of Bench for the final two. During his total 17 years in the warehouse, he has worked in Operations, as a Dispatch Supervisor and as a Senior Technician. He currently works in the Hires Team, following a position for a Hire Co-ordinator which would see him draw on all of his previous experience in the company.
