Scheduled in advance these services either take place at your venue or equipment is collected for service at our facilities in SW London. WL can service all parts of your lighting and AV systems including lanterns, control desks, speakers and dimmers. Our experienced Service Manager will guide you and advice on the appropriate services for your venue.
If you require regular service and maintenance of your venue’s theatrical or event lighting and AV system we recommend a WL Service Level Agreement. Each plan is tailored to suit your needs and will be priced according to the quantity and type of equipment, how often maintenance is required and added benefits like emergency callouts and telephone support. Our experienced SLA Account Manager will guide you through the process of designing your agreement.
We can provide product repairs for lighting and AV fixtures, control desks, networking accessories, effects equipment and more. WL is an authorised service centre for many top industry brands including Look Solutions, ETC, Martin Professional, Philips Strand, and Philips Vari-Lite. Prior to sending in any item for service please contact our friendly Technical Services Co-Ordinator who can discuss pricing, book your items in for service and issue a you a job number.
We carry out repairs for products that have been purchased through WL and are still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty repairs will first need go through our Sales department in order to confirm purchase date and warranty status. If your item is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we can offer one-off product repairs.
